Warehouse Operations Supervisor – Humansdorp Reference: PE Location: Eastern Cape, Humansdorp Salary Interval: Monthly Package: Negotiable Description: Our client in the Manufacturing/FMCG industry, based in Humansdorp, is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor. Candidates must have qualifications in supply chain management, operations management, industrial engineering, or an equivalent field. Requirements: Matric certificate and relevant qualifications in supply chain management, operations management, industrial engineering, or equivalent. Previous supervisory or management experience leading a team in a highly unionized environment. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and WMS (Warehouse Management System). Responsibilities include: Managing an operational team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines. Ensuring all shift KPIs are achieved and controls are implemented correctly, accurately, and according to procedures. Maintaining proper records and effectively communicating all shift operation issues, updating work instructions and SOPs. Overseeing stock counts, housekeeping, and assisting the stock control team in resolving stock discrepancies related to transfers from production and sales, using WMS/ERP systems.
