As the primary point of contact for group bookings, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the perfect stay for corporate retreats, golf tours, and leisure groups. You will work across departments—from our championship golf course to our award-winning spa and diverse F&B outlets—to ensure every group itinerary is seamless, sophisticated, and flawlessly executed. Key Responsibilities Manage Group Life Cycles: Handle the end-to-end booking process for groups, including initial inquiries, quotes, contracts, and final rooming lists. Cross-Departmental Synergy: Coordinate with Golf, Spa, and F&B teams to schedule tee times, group treatments, and private dining functions. Inventory Management: Monitor room blocks and release dates to maximize hotel occupancy and revenue. Guest Relations: Act as the dedicated liaison for group organizers, providing personalized service and ensuring all special requests are met. Administrative Excellence: Ensure accurate data entry in the Property Management System (PMS) and maintain meticulous files for billing and reporting. Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling luxury suites, specialized spa packages, or premium F&B experiences during the booking process. Pre-Arrival Briefings: Conduct handover meetings with Front Office and Operations teams to ensure a smooth check-in experience for large parties. Requirments Experience: Proven experience (2-3 years) in Reservations or Front Office, specifically within a 5-star luxury hotel environment. Education: A Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Guestline, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and polished demeanor. Analytical Thinking: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex logistics under pressure. Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours to meet the demands of high-occupancy periods and group arrival schedules. Desirable Qualifications / Attributes: Strong understanding of Golf and Spa operations to better assist with complex group itineraries. High level of commercial awareness and a "sales-first" mindset. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a calm, helpful attitude.
