Minimum Requirements: Trade Tested Diesel Mechanic qualification Minimum 58 years experience working on heavy mining or earthmoving equipment Previous supervisory or team leader experience Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Experience on equipment such as CAT, Komatsu, Bell, Hitachi, Volvo, or similar Valid drivers license Key Responsabilities:Supervising and leading a team of diesel mechanics and assistants Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing heavy-duty diesel machinery Managing preventative and breakdown maintenance schedules Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company procedures Conducting inspections and quality checks on completed repairs Coordinating parts, tools, and maintenance requirements Providing technical guidance and mentoring junior staff Maintaining accurate maintenance and service records Working closely with site management to ensure operational efficiency Skills: Good communication and leadership skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Knowledge of health and safety standards within mining or construction environments Willingness to work overtime or shifts when required Advantageous Experience in opencast mining environments OEM training certifications Computer literacy and maintenance reporting experience Valid medical fitness certificate for mine sites Duties, Responsibilities & Reasons for Leaving at each Company MUST be listed on CV.No Criminal Record.Medically Fit.Please note:ONLY SHORT LISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTEDThank you⁠
