Act as the internal interface between The Company and the customer Develop and maintain effective business relationships with customers Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to customer queries regarding orders, quotations, and deliveries Promote customer satisfaction by assisting in the development and implementation of plans to improve these levels Support the Commercial Business Managers and Key Account Managers Compile quotations, coordinate sales orders, and ensure customers are invoiced timeously and in accordance with the commercial governance framework Coordinate customer credit facilities and submit the required financial documentation to the relevant financial institutions to ensure on-time payment Assist in the development and implementation of plans to improve commercial efficiency Support the Customer Relationship Management system and other commercial processes Compile and submit monthly reports to the Customer Excellence Manager and Business Managers Education & Experience: A bachelor's degree or diploma in business management, finance, or related qualification At least 3 years experience in a sales consultant or customer service role, with an advantage in administration and high-volume office work An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Proficient in understanding and managing the quote-to-cash process Extensive experience in handling quotations and invoicing, preferably using SAP or a similar ERP system Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus Knowledgeable about Incoterms 2020 Knowledge of prepayment and revenue management products is advantageous / Electrical products #J-18808-Ljbffr
