Our client is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to support the Finance Manager in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving financial efficiency within the organisation. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies Assist with audits and statutory reporting Supervise finance staff and provide guidance where required Oversee the Fleet and Stores department and provide support to the Finance Supervisor Analyse financial data and prepare management reports Support payroll processing and financial controls Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reduce costs Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role Previous supervisory experience will be advantageous Experience within the security industry is beneficial Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines High level of integrity and attention to detail Key Competencies Leadership and team management Problem-solving and decision-making Financial analysis and reporting Time management and planning Confidentiality and professionalism #J-18808-Ljbffr
