Fluent is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Reservations Sales Executive to join our team at our Sea Point head office. This isn’t your traditional reservations role. While you’ll handle elements of bookings and reservations, the heart of this position is about building and nurturing strong relationships with a select group of corporate clients . Think less like a “call centre script” and more like a curator of great stays and long-term partnerships . We’re not searching for someone with decades of experience (no need for the grey hairs just yet!). What matters to us is that you: Hold a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management (or something similar). Have a vivacious personality and a genuine love for connecting with people. Are eager to learn, grow, and carve out a career in hospitality sales. Bring energy, creativity, and the confidence to take ownership of client relationships. What you’ll do: Manage reservations across our growing portfolio of design-forward properties. Develop meaningful relationships with corporate clients to encourage repeat and long-term bookings. Collaborate with Fluent’s onsite building teams to ensure every guest experience is seamless. Support new client onboarding (yes, occasionally on a weekend — but with good coffee and a supportive team at your side). Why Fluent?
