Youll form part of a high-performing finance team responsible for supporting the full accounting function within a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a Financial Accountant who thrives in a deadline-driven setting and enjoys working closely with operational teams to improve financial performance and reporting accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports Manage month-end processes, including journals, accruals, and reconciliations Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, tax, and statutory requirements Assist with the preparation of annual financial statements (AFS) Perform variance analysis and provide insights on manufacturing performance and costs Support budgeting and forecasting processes Maintain general ledger integrity and support audit processes Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to improve financial efficiencies Job Experience & Skills Required: Strong financial reporting and analytical skills High attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance (essential) 35 years experience in a Financial Accountant role Manufacturing or FMCG industry experience advantageous ERP system exposure beneficial Apply now!For more exciting Finance vacancies, please visit:
