Requirements LLB degree (Essential) LLM in corporate and commercial law will be advantageous 6+ years experience specializing predominantly in corporate and commercial law matters (Essential - Not negotiable ) Strong contract drafting skills Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions (incl.
