Evaluating the performance of your assigned employees, delivering positive and/or negative feedback, and addressing any shortcomings. Help in improving operations to reduce costs. Desired Experience & Qualification Previous experience (at least 3 years) as an operations supervisor or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
