Position Overview The successful candidate will be placed within the Human Resources Department, based on operational requirements and the graduate’s qualification background. The role will provide exposure to core HR functions across the business. The graduate will mainly support Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, and Performance Management processes, while gaining hands‑on experience in the utilisation of HR systems and HR administration. Structured training and mentorship will form part of the Graduate Placement Programme.
