ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Requirement AnalysisDevelopment and maintenance on platform/applicationCode Reviews: Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to bestpractices.Testing and defect resolutionInvolvement and support in Deployment processProvide third-level support for production incidents, when requiredDevelop systems solutions in line with quality and delivery requirementsPreparation of system/technical documentation (as per ISO standards)Review and present proposed system solution to IT Product Owner / Leader / System ownerAgile Methodologies: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning,retrospectives) to contribute to team dynamics and project progress.Ability and willingness to coach and give training to fellow colleagues and users when requiredSystem implementation / deployment & release activitiesProduction support & hyper-care after production deploymentsWilling and able to travel internationally if requiredQUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: Degree in IT or relevant experience10+ years Development Experience
