Duties & Responsibilities Production Operations Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily production activities. Ensure production schedules are followed to meet customer order deadlines. Monitor production output and adjust workflows to improve efficiency. Support the coordination of raw materials, packaging materials, and production resources. Assist in managing production lines for seasoning blends, flavour compounds, and related products. Quality & Food Safety Compliance Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as FSSC 22000, GMP, and food manufacturing regulations . Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to maintain product specifications and standards. Assist with internal audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Ensure proper documentation of batch records and production logs. Inventory & Raw Material Management Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure raw materials are available for production. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate production records and reports. Monitor key production metrics such as output, efficiency, downtime, and waste. Provide production updates to the Production Manager and senior management. Draw monthly production reports Desired Experience & Qualification Qualifications Education Diploma or Degree in:Food Science Food Technology Production Management Industrial Engineering Operations Managementor a related field. Experience 3–5 years’ experience in food manufacturing or food processing. Experience in seasoning, spice blending, or flavour manufacturing is an advantage. Experience in a B2B food manufacturing environment preferred. Interested?
