Budgeting & Expense control Building Management & Administration Project Management of Revamps Upgrading in conjunction with Centre/Property Manager Manage service & maintenance contractor and liaise with Management ofcontractors Requirements Technical/ mechanical qualification at N4 level with approximately 3 - 5 years relevant experience Technicaland mechanical; basic building maintenance; plumbing and electrical.
