Prepare monthly divisional management accounts with clear, insightful commentaryPerform variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and prior periodsSupport the development of dashboards and management reports for senior leadershipCoordinate and prepare annual budgets and periodic forecastsConsolidate departmental and divisional budgets into group‑level submissionsUpdate forecasts based on changing performance trends and business conditionsConduct contribution margin analysis by product, customer, division and regionAnalyse manufacturing overheads, recovery rates and recommend adjustmentsReview cost recoveries, recharges and interdepartmental allocations for accuracyAssess production costs outside the BOM and ensure correct treatment and recoveryProvide management accounting support to foreign distribution entitiesAnalyse multi‑currency results, margins, allocations and transfer pricing impactsCompile consolidated local and foreign management reporting for group reviewPartner with operations, production and commercial teams to provide financial insightsSupport audits, internal controls, governance processes and reporting improvementsDrive continuous improvement using automation, analytics and enhanced costing/reporting methods Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years management accounting experience within a manufacturing environmentStrong costing, contribution analysis and margin reporting experienceProven budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis capabilityExperience working with multi currency environments and/or export focused operationsStrong analytical ability and comfort working with large data setsExperience supporting multiple entities, including foreign distribution operationsMonth end reporting experience with IFRS aligned processesERP system experience (Syspro, MS Dynamics 365 Business Central OR similar)Power BI or similar reporting tools advantageous Qualification: CA(SA) OR AGA(SA) OR PA(SA) OR ACMA OR CGMA OR DegreeRelevant tertiary qualification in Accounting/Finance For more information connect with us on
