In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective patients, guiding them through the initial intake process and ensuring they are seamlessly moved into the care pipeline. Key Responsibilities Engage prospective patients via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. Qualify patient needs by asking the right questions and understanding their healthcare requirements. Build trust and rapport to ensure patients feel supported and informed during the intake process. Guide patients through intake steps, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth transition into care services. Meet and exceed sales and intake targets, contributing to the growth of the healthcare practice. Requirements Proven experience in sales or client intake, ideally within healthcare or a service-oriented industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach. Ability to manage multiple conversations, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail. Comfortable working with CRM systems and intake documentation tools. Driven, empathetic, and motivated to help patients access the care they need. Must be available to work US hours remotely (9am-5pm EST).
