If you are driven by problem-solving, thrive in a production environment, and want to work on complex, regulated engineering systems, this role offers the perfect platform to grow your career.Key Responsibilities: Implement and manage post-production design and process changes across manufacturing operations Create, review, and maintain detailed manufacturing and inspection drawings Support production teams by troubleshooting and resolving technical and manufacturing issues Manage design transfer activities and oversee change control documentation Perform verification and validation of inspection equipment and processes Drive process validation and equipment qualification initiatives Handle non-conformance, investigations, and corrective actions to maintain quality standards Contribute to continuous improvement through data analysis and process optimisation Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with quality systems and procedures Minimum Requirements: BEng / BSc Eng in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience in a design or production engineering role Strong CAD skills (SolidWorks or similar) and ability to interpret technical drawings Good understanding of manufacturing processes, inspection methods, and validation principles Strong analytical, reporting, and technical documentation skills Advantageous Experience: Exposure to regulated industries or quality management systems (e.g. ISO standards) Experience with process validation, CAPA, non-conformance handling, and root cause analysis Knowledge of BOM/SKU management and product configuration control Data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) Your Profile: Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail Self-motivated with a high level of ownership and accountability Able to work independently and within cross-functional teams Effective communicator with a structured, process-driven approach Adaptable, resilient, and driven to deliver results in a demanding environment If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
