Key Responsibilities Oversee food & beverage, housekeeping, and garden services within an exclusive‑use luxury villa Deliver personalised and professional guest engagement tailored to high‑end clientele Lead, motivate, and inspire a hospitality team to maintain exceptional service standards Manage administration, budgeting, ordering, and stock control processes Assist across additional lodge operations when required Ensure all operations align with established best operating practices Maintain high standards across all areas of the guest experience Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience within a 5-star luxury villa, lodge, or international hotel environment Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations essential Solid housekeeping management experience Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and HR management skills Hospitality Diploma or equivalent qualification required Strong administration and organisational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience with ResRequest and SAGE advantageous Professional English communication and hosting abilities Positive, energetic, and hands‑on attitude Ability to work long hours and manage time effectively Willingness to work a 6-weeks-on, 2-weeks-off cycle (operationally dependent) This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious luxury hospitality operation in one of South Africa’s most beautiful wilderness settings. #J-18808-Ljbffr
