Introduction We are seeking an experienced Clinical Social Worker or Psychologist with strong exposure to Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) and corporate wellness environments. This role is suited to a confident clinician who is comfortable working within a corporate setting, managing high-risk cases, and contributing to broader wellness strategy and programme development. Duties & Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provision of psychotherapy and counselling services to employees and dependants through both in-person and teletherapy modalities Management of high-risk clinical cases, crisis intervention, and first-line response to critical incidents Delivery of approximately 70+ clinical sessions per month within corporate EAP environments Clinical case management and quality assurance across counselling workflows, including referral management, first-session follow-up, and termination reporting Development and delivery of psychoeducation, wellness presentations, leadership engagements, and employee orientation programmes Consultation to HR, Employee Relations, and management teams on workplace mental health and employee wellbeing matters Supervision and support of internal clinicians and national associate therapist networks Recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing management of multidisciplinary wellness associates and providers Interpretation of clinical utilisation data and contribution to bi-annual and annual client reporting Development and management of wellness projects, DBT maintenance groups, and innovative mental health initiatives Research into local and international wellness trends, products, and programme development opportunities Coordination and management of national wellness activations, wellness days, and corporate wellbeing events Oversight of wellness clinic operations, healthcare provider relationships, and programme compliance processes Contribution to organisational growth strategy, stakeholder engagement, and enhancement of clinical service delivery standards Desired Experience & Qualification SKILLS / COMPETENCIES Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) Psychotherapy & Counselling Corporate Wellness Strategy Critical Incident Management Clinical Operations & Quality Assurance Stakeholder & Relationship Management Training & Facilitation Clinical Supervision Programme Development Data Interpretation & Reporting Mental Health Advocacy Wellness Event Coordination #J-18808-Ljbffr
