Job Description: The Group Reporting Manager will support the finance function in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across the Group.You will take ownership of the reporting cycle, ensuring compliance with IFRS, JSE listing requirements, and tax regulations while working closely with the Head of Finance.Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing annual and interim financial statements, managing integrated and sustainability reporting, and overseeing statutory reporting across subsidiaries. You will produce monthly consolidated reporting packs for EXCO, analyse financial performance, and ensure reporting deadlines are consistently met.The role further involves performing complex IFRS calculations, assessing the impact of new standards, and managing the external audit process. You will also oversee tax compliance, including VAT, provisional tax, REIT requirements, and SARS engagements.This is a highly technical and hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail, financial insight, and the ability to operate effectively under tight deadlines.
