We are looking for a dynamic, innovative, customer centric individual to join the Maintenance Team at Amaro Foods at our Killarney Gardens and Montague Facilities. Duties & Responsibilities Comply with the necessary Occupational Health and Safety requirements and food safety requirements Ensure compliance to all food safety regulations, allergen control, housekeeping and pest control Overall management and reporting of and from the CMMS Assist with asset registers – asset tagging the machines and ensuring the information is accurately recorded Assist in drafting the relevant maintenance plans for machine optimization Maintain manual library Weekly/Monthly reports to be sent to Maintenance managers and Group Engineering manager Schedule the following weeks PM and ad hoc job cards in conjunction with Maintenance managers Plan large jobs (Spares, Tools, required assistance) in conjunction with maintenance team Ensure feedback is of the correct quality (Audits on feedback and job cards) Escalation to Maintenance manager and Engineering manager where necessary Root cause analysis of scheduling problems/ work not being completed Develop time estimations for work schedules Ensure Preventative Maintenance schedules are in place as per maintenance strategy for all equipment Assist with over inspections to be carried out on completed jobs and artisans assigned areas Analyze data and reports from CMMS Live the brand by living our core values Always striving to do your best Desired Experience & Qualification N6 Qualification (Preferred) Relevant Engineering Diploma/ degree advantageous 2 years on planning or similar experience Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge Please quote the following reference number on your application in the subject line: AMAMPL001 Successful applicants shall receive communication from the Human Capital Office by 12 April 2024 .
