Position: Stage & Production Manager As the Stage & Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of stage and production operations, including but not limited to: Collaborating with the creative team to develop and implement innovative and engaging stage shows and events that appeal to a diverse audience Overseeing the technical aspects of productions, including lighting, sound, and special effects Managing and coordinating a team of technicians, performers, and crew members to ensure smooth and efficient production processes Conducting regular rehearsals and providing direction and feedback to performers and crew members Ensuring all productions meet safety standards and regulations Managing budgets and timelines for each production, and finding ways to optimize resources and reduce costs Communicating with various departments on the ship to coordinate schedules and logistics for productions Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies and equipment as needed Staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the quality of productions The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in stage and production management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. They should also possess the following qualifications and skills: Bachelor's degree in theater, production, or a related field Extensive knowledge of technical aspects of stage productions, including lighting, sound, and special effects Proven experience managing and leading a team Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Experience working in the cruise industry is a plus, but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
