Minimum requirements: 10 Years External sales experience within the steel industry OR demonstrated experience selling Quenched & Tempered steel products (wear plate/ high-strength steels) Business Development & Sales Growth Reactivate historical inactive customers and recover lost market share. Identify opportunities for premium product conversion and value selling. Develop strategic account plans for key customers. Build long-term relationships with OEMs, fabricators, mining, engineering and processing customers. Customer Management Conduct regular customer visits and technical discussions. Understand customer applications and recommend appropriate steel solutions. Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements. Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline reporting. Market Development Identify competitor activity and market trends. Develop new applications for Quenched & Tempered products. Support marketing and product positioning initiatives.
