Job Description: The successful candidate will oversee the full finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls, and regulatory compliance. This includes managing the general ledger, producing monthly management accounts, and delivering financial insights through variance analysis and forecasting. The role will also take ownership of budgeting cycles, cash flow management, and audit processes, while ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements. In addition, the incumbent will play a key role in supporting grant funding oversight and reporting, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners. Leadership of a small finance team and clear communication with non-financial stakeholders will also form a core part of the role. Skills & Experience: Full financial management including reporting, reconciliations, and month-end processes Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Strong understanding of tax, compliance, and audit processes Experience with internal controls and financial governance Ability to manage and develop a small finance team Strong communication skills with the ability to engage non-financial stakeholders Minimum 3 years experience in a financial management role Qualification: Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting Professional qualification - CA(SA), CIMA - advantageous Connect with us on
