Job Overview Line of Service Industry/Sector Specialism Management Level Manager The Private division is looking for an Audit Manager with a strong auditing and review background. The ideal candidate will need to have experience on small to large clients and will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. The role is based at our Worcester practice in the Western Cape and you will be required to be based either in or around Worcester. Qualifications / Certifications CA (SA) Minimum 24 months post‑article experience Thorough understanding and working experience in auditing, reviews and accounting (IFRS and IFRS for SMEs) Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of clients Manage and review the work of staff Build relationships with clients and staff Plan work and staff allocations Coach and train staff Conduct performance appraisals of staff Monitor cost and drive efficiencies Ensure compliance with PwC audit methodology and quality standards Prepare proposals for new work Drive and comply with risk management Produce report writing, invoice clients for work done and collect outstanding debtors Perform other administrative functions as required Skill Sets Required Self‑starter and motivated Sound leadership skills Ability to manage multiple activities and prioritize tasks High attention to detail and problem‑solving skills Logical reasoning and analytical ability Ability to build and sustain relationships Strong administrative and communication skills Strong interpersonal and management skills Analytic and solution driven Pro‑active and committed to delivery Excellent time management skills Fluent in English and Afrikaans Proficient in AURA, MS Word and Excel Excellent technical knowledge and experience in auditing, reviews and accounting (IFRS and IFRS for SMEs) Willingness to work overtime when necessary Valid driver’s license and own transportation #J-18808-Ljbffr
