An established legal practice is seeking a professional and well-presented Personal Assistant / Branch Administrator to manage and support the day-to-day operations of a newly opened branch in George.We are looking for a mature, reliable, and organised lady with strong administrative abilities, excellent people skills, and the confidence to manage the branch independently while supporting the attorney professionally.Key Responsibilities* Manage the daily operations and administration of the branch* Provide personal assistant support to the attorney* Handle client communication professionally and confidentially* Manage diaries, appointments, meetings, and correspondence* Oversee debtors and follow up on outstanding accounts* Prepare invoices, statements, and general financial administration* Maintain filing systems and legal documentation* Liaise with clients, service providers, and third parties* Ensure smooth office functionality and professional client service* Assist with basic bookkeeping and reporting functionsMinimum Requirements* Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or Legal Secretary* Experience working within a legal environment will be advantageous* Strong debtors management and accounts administration experience* Fully bilingual with proficiency in both Afrikaans and English* Excellent communication and organisational skills* Computer literate, including Microsoft Office* Professional appearance and telephone etiquette* Ability to work independently and take initiative* High level of discretion and confidentiality
