We are looking for our next AIRPORT SUPERVISOR to join the Airport Management team in Cape Town, South Africa. You will play a leading role in coordinating and assisting passengers at counters, lounges, and connections, providing effective solutions to service disruptions, ensuring punctuality and passenger satisfaction, and directly contributing to keeping millions of people connected to the world. Responsibilities Managing, planning, and supervising the team under your responsibility, ensuring continuous operations and compliance with service levels. Leading communication instances such as daily briefings, promoting team alignment. Developing the team through performance management, feedback, and follow-up on action plans. Supervising and controlling operations at counters, lounges, sales offices, and baggage services, ensuring service standards. Coordinating and optimizing ground operations and passenger service. Leading and coordinating contingency management, ensuring service continuity. Ensuring compliance with procedures, standards, internal policies, and external regulations. Managing relationships with internal stakeholders, authorities, and airport administration. Qualifications High school diploma completed. At least 2 years of experience in airport operations.
