Job Description: We are looking for dedicated and reliable individuals to join our housekeeping team. The ideal candidates will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for keeping spaces clean and organized. As a Housekeeping Staff member, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Clean and maintain all designated areas, including but not limited to guest rooms, public areas, and back of house areas Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Change and make beds, replenish linens, and restock amenities Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers Empty trash and replace liners Stock and maintain housekeeping carts Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines Maintain a professional and friendly attitude towards guests and coworkers Assist with laundry duties as needed Other duties as assigned by management Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks Good communication and interpersonal skills Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 pounds Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed Must be able to pass a background check Paid time off Health insurance options Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company Positive and supportive work environment If you are a hardworking and dedicated individual with a passion for cleanliness and customer service, we encourage you to apply for our Housekeeping Staff position.
