Requirements 3+ years technical management experience 5+ years of development experience with Java (.Net will be considered) Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering (or related field) Role Description Software Development – set standards for the team, lead by example and solve high‑level complex problems when escalated. Solution Architecture – contribute to architecture and design, review solutions and collaborate with seniors to provide the best solution. Project Management – collaborate with project office, product teams and professional services to define, prioritise and execute projects to the highest standard. Apply SDLC standards and methodologies to deliver projects on time and meet deadlines. Set clear goals and performance indicators for the team, monitoring progress. Support team members in their growth journey, empowering them to progress within the company. Conduct one‑to‑one meetings to measure performance and manage progress. Manage performance reviews.
