The Role We are seeking a Guest Assist to support the guest journey within a luxury wine estate in Franschhoek. This role is ideal for someone who is naturally warm, attentive, and present — someone who understands that exceptional service is not scripted, but felt. What You’ll Be Responsible For Welcoming guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care Supporting front‑of‑house operations and guest interactions throughout the day Assisting with guest requests efficiently and thoughtfully Coordinating with housekeeping, kitchen, and other departments to ensure seamless service Providing clear and engaging information about the estate, experiences, and surroundings Maintaining a calm, polished presence at all times Anticipating guest needs and acting proactively What We’re Looking For Previous experience in hospitality or guest‑facing roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional presentation and a polished demeanour Ability to think ahead and respond proactively A genuine passion for people and service What Sets You Apart Emotional intelligence and the ability to read and respond to guests A natural warmth that makes people feel at ease Attention to detail in both communication and action The ability to anticipate needs before they are expressed A strong sense of pride in delivering meaningful guest experiences #J-18808-Ljbffr
