Job Responsibilities The Lodge Anchor will assist the Lodge Manager with all aspects of lodge administration and guest service, including reservations, office management, front-of-house operations, coordinating staff duties, and supporting marketing initiatives. Qualifications Diploma in Hospitality Management. 2-3 years’ experience in a 5* luxury hotel / exclusive game lodge. Valid driver's licence with own vehicle essential. Technical & Specialist Knowledge Strong Computer literacy & Experience with PMS. Excellent admin and organisational skills. Housekeeping leadership experience. Stock Control & Management. Budget Management. Strong Food & Beverage AND Front Office experience. Soft Skills & Personality Traits Friendly; Collaborative. Problem solver. Great communicator. Hosting experience with exceptional attention to detail. Basic marketing knowledge advantageous. Operational Overview Housekeeping Operations & Overall Lodge Presentation.
