Plan and execute fundraising events, activations, and stakeholder engagements. Coordinate event logistics, budgets, suppliers, and stakeholder participation. Ensure events strengthen brand visibility and stakeholder relationships. Leverage events to maximise marketing and fundraising opportunities. Develop and maintain the organisations brand identity and guidelines. Ensure consistent brand application across all platforms and materials. Drive brand campaigns aligned with the organisations mission and values. Monitor and manage brand perception and reputation. Prepare donor reports, impact reports, presentations, and stakeholder communication materials. Communicate organisational outcomes, impact stories, and value delivered. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Proven track record in fundraising within foundations, NGOs, NPOs, or related sectors. Strong understanding of sales techniques, market research, and brand management principles. Demonstrated leadership, organisational, and stakeholder management experience. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software. Strong cultural sensitivity and interpersonal competence. High levels of persistence, resilience, energy, and positivity. Strong ethical standards and commitment to transparency.
