The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations with a strong focus on technical processes (CNC/assembly/automation), ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. You will be responsible for driving production capacity through process improvement, machine uptime optimization, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities (Technical Focus) Production Oversight: Manage daily operations, including CNC, assembly, and maintenance of technical equipment. Process Improvement: Utilize Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and waste reduction. Planning & Quality: Develop production schedules to meet demands while ensuring adherence to ISO and quality standards. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor production personnel. Cost Control: Manage budget, labor, and material costs. Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial) or equivalent experience. Experience: 5+ years in production management within high-tech, electronics, or complex assembly environments.
