Our client is looking for two experienced Senior Business Analysts with strong banking industry experience to support digital banking projects and system improvement initiatives. These roles require professionals who can analyse business requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive successful project delivery in fast-paced banking environments. Role 1 – Senior BA (Industrial Engineering Advantage) 5+ years’ Business Analysis experience. Banking industry background essential. Industrial Engineering background or qualification highly advantageous. Hybrid/remote role based at client site. Role 2 – Traditional Senior BA Strong traditional Business Analysis experience. Must understand banking operations and processes. Not a Systems Analyst role. 4 days per week onsite in Rosebank. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements. Collaborate with users, developers, and IT teams to improve systems and processes. Support testing, system validation, user training, and implementation activities. Maintain process documentation and identify opportunities for improvement. Communicate insights, technical issues, and recommendations to stakeholders. Required Qualifications Degree, diploma, or certification in IT, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Experience and Knowledge 7+ years’ experience as a Business or Systems Analyst. Digital banking experience required. Experience with requirements gathering, testing, and process documentation. Basic SQL knowledge and ability to interpret queries. Exposure to project management or team leadership advantageous. Core Competencies Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Ability to manage complex projects, deadlines, and evolving requirements.
