Field Sales Operations Representative - Paarden Eiland, Cape Town – Market Related An established FMCG business is seeking a driven Field Sales Operations Representative to grow sales, manage field teams, and build strong customer relationships across coastal regions. Key Responsibilities Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets Call on retail stores to maximise sales opportunities Manage and support merchandising and field sales teams Maintain product visibility, promotions, and merchandising standards Build and maintain strong customer relationships Provide feedback, training, and performance support to field staff Requirements Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans 3–5 years sales experience (FMCG preferred) Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills Intermediate computer literacy (MS Word & Excel) Ability to work under pressure and independently Advantageous Tertiary qualification Knowledge of seafood or related FMCG products SAP experience Working Hours Monday to Friday with two Saturdays per month (time off in lieu).
