Elicit, document, and validate business requirements and translate them into functional specifications used by developers to build technical solutions. Minimum Requirements Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Economics, or related field Minimum 5 years experience in a business analysis role Experience with financial/investment systems advantageous Fintech industry background advantageous Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps Strong Agile/Scrum understanding SQL and database knowledge Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements Develop solution designs aligning business needs with technical solutions Liaise with Development team for technical design and feasibility Create and maintain detailed, organised, and accurate documentation Conduct business impact assessments Present actionable recommendations for product or process optimisation Drive knowledge sharing and data analysis skills across the team Act as liaison between business stakeholders, external customers, and technical teams Maintain effective communication channels Provide weekly and monthly reports to stakeholders Support QA and UAT by validating features against requirements Assist in test case creation and defect tracking How to Apply
