Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior Food & Beverage management role. Proven experience within fine-dining environments. Strong accounting background with the ability to interpret and manage financial data. Financial degree (mandatory). Ability to effectively compile and present hospitality reports to the Financial Director. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily operations across two fine-dining restaurants, ensuring consistency in service excellence and brand standards. Lead and develop management teams, fostering a high-performance culture. Prepare, analyse, and present financial and operational reports to senior leadership. Manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability across both outlets. Implement and monitor stock control, procurement, and inventory systems. Collaborate with executive chefs on menu development, pricing strategies, and costings. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. Drive guest satisfaction through service excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management. Identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiencies. Standardise processes and ensure consistency across both locations.
