The Salary: R30,000 and R40,000 based on applicable experience and skills Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pinelands, Cape Town for a Data Analytics and process automation specialist. The responsibilities include analysing data, create live and inter-active dashboards, automate reporting and data auditing processes. The role also involves monitoring system performance and ensuring data accuracy. Education & Certifications A Post school qualification(s) in IT &Data Analytics is mandatory. Experience & Skills: Required Experience working with Integrated ERP / Business Systems Skilled in Excell at intermediate level (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, power query). Previous experience with Power BI Experience in working within Azure, Azure Synapse analytics and Power BI environment Advantageous Knowledge of Shopify online platform Understanding of Business systems Working with Sales and Merchandising data Knowledge of process automation using RPA tools Skilled in SQL Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus Soft Skills Strong problem-solving & analytical abilities, teamwork and accuracy Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset and Accuracy Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams Key Responsibilities Extract, analyse and present Sales, Inventory, Retail KPIs and statistics in various formats.
