Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of QA specialists, ensuring alignment with QA standards and best practices- Drive and implement test automation strategies across the product lifecycle- Manage product risk, dependencies, and quality controls throughout development- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Developers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters- Design, review, and execute test strategies, test cases, and automation frameworks- Ensure delivery of high-quality, error-free software through rigorous testing processesJob Experience and Skills Required: Education: - B.Sc Degree in Information Science or relevant field- ISTQB certification (non-negotiable)Experience: - Minimum 4 years experience in Quality Assurance- Minimum 4 years experience in a management or leadership role- 4 6 years experience in test automation- Experience within HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, or Finance systems is advantageousSkills: - Strong programming knowledge (OOP) with Python and/or C#- Experience with Node.js, Playwright, and Robot Framework- API testing experience (RestAssured, Postman, SOAPUI)- Performance testing using JMeter- Solid understanding of CI processes and Agile methodologies- Experience with GitHub, Jira, Confluence, and XRAY Test Management- Strong knowledge of software development principles, SaaS environments, and relational databases- Ability to document, analyse, and break down complex requirements- Understanding of cloud environments, networks, and system users- Strong MS Office skills, particularly ExcelApply now!
