POSITION: ERP Support Analyst LOCATION: Observatory REPORTING TO: CIO About the Role We’re looking for a dynamic and technically strong ERP Support Analyst to join our team. What You’ll Do Provide internal support and assistance to end users Troubleshoot ERP and business process issues Review and improve existing business processes Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly management reports Assist internal and external auditors with system-related queries Essential Requirements Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016 Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Strong financial awareness and business acumen Willingness to travel as required Preferred Skills Experience with Jet Reports Experience with Power BI SQL knowledge (advantageous) Who You Are Able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision Critical thinker with sound judgment Technologically savvy and resourceful Solution-focused with strong problem‑solving skills Detail oriented Strong communicator — both written and verbal #J-18808-Ljbffr
