ITBZ is a growth systems agency headquartered in Miami, Florida. We help founders and established businesses navigate the AI-driven shift in how customers discover, decide, and buy — building the strategy, infrastructure, and tools that hold up in a zero-click, AI-shaped landscape. We work across strategy, brand, web, funnels, CRM, and automation, with a small, multidisciplinary team that runs lean and moves fast. Our clients sit mostly in wellness, coaching, and founder-led businesses ready to scale beyond their current setup. We’re agile by design and AI‑fluent by practice. We hire people who can hold instinct and data in the same conversation, who care about doing the work properly, and who want to build alongside a team that takes the craft seriously. About the role: We are hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of campaign execution across our brand portfolio. The role suits someone with solid hands‑on marketing experience who wants to run campaigns end‑to‑end, work closely with AI tools as part of their daily craft, and grow into greater responsibility over time. You will work alongside the Marketing Lead and the wider team (design, video, paid ads, SEO, data) to deliver campaigns that drive growth across our subscription, education, and product lines. Who we’re looking for: We care first and foremost about attitude, how hungry someone is to learn, how hard working they are, how dedicated they are to doing genuinely great work, how big their ambitions are, how broadly curious they are, and their people skills. Our best hires have not always been the ones with the most experience. They have been the ones who knew deep down that they could do more than what they were doing, and who showed up with a 10/10 attitude. We care most about culture fit. To us, culture fit is the single most important thing in hiring. If you are reading this and something in you is saying I could do my best work in an environment that gave me the conditions to do it — we want to hear from you.
