Position Overview: In this essential role, you will assist property investment consultants by managing various administrative tasks, ensuring the seamless operation of the sales process. Your responsibilities will include finding cash-flowing properties, coordinate viewings, and managing documentation. Position Requirements: 6 months – 1 year in the real estate industry or a sales role Bachelor’s degree in Property Studies, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools Understanding of property investments, portfolio structuring, and market trends Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Must have their own laptop Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential investors and properties that align with the company’s investment criteria and values Develop and maintain relationships with investors, real estate professionals, and industry stakeholders to source potential investment opportunities Recruit professionals and service providers to join the company service provider community Perform market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, potential partnerships, and investment hotspots Find, view and evaluate investment opportunities and conduct due diligence on potential properties to ensure they meet the company’s marketplace criteria Collaborate with the internal team to ensure accurate and comprehensive property listings on the company platform Ensure accurate and high-quality listings on their platform Upload property details to the company Google Drive and platform, then send the information to the consultant for review and approval Applying for Position: Only open to South African citizens.
