We want a strategic thinker with sharp conceptual instincts – someone who doesn’t just execute beautiful layouts but solves business problems through design. You’ll thrive in this role if you: Love the thinking as much as the doing. Can extract the real challenge behind a brief – not just what we need to make, but why we need to make it. Are comfortable partnering with copywriters, strategists and client leads to shape creative solutions. Understand how to make ideas resonate with the intended audience. Can switch seamlessly between blue-sky creative thinking and meticulous design execution. Can work independently when needed – owning a brief, developing a concept and driving it through to final rollout. Key Responsibilities Lead and shape design solutions from concept to execution – interpreting briefs, contributing strategically, and generating compelling visual ideas that solve real-world business and brand challenges. Work collaboratively with the Creative Director, fellow creatives and client leads – but also take initiative and ownership of projects when working solo. Develop integrated campaign ideas that can flex across a full range of platforms – from long-form print brochures and branded collateral, to social media graphics, digital ads, presentation decks, and video storyboarding. Champion conceptual design – contributing to ideation sessions, brand positioning work, campaign platforms and visual storytelling. Ensure brand consistency and attention to detail across everything you create, while still finding ways to push boundaries and evolve design systems. Stay on top of design trends and tools , actively contributing fresh thinking and inspiration to the studio. Key Skills and Experience 5–7 years’ design experience, ideally in a brand, creative agency, or strategic in-house environment. A portfolio that showcases not only design execution but conceptual and strategic thinking behind the work. Proven ability to work from a brief, identify the business challenge, and propose design-led solutions. Experience working across multiple media – from traditional print (e.g. brochures, publications, annual reports) to digital platforms, social media, and video. Strong visual storytelling skills – able to distil complex ideas into simple, elegant and compelling visual concepts. Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) as well as PowerPoint and Microsoft Office. Collaborative, proactive and adaptable – you enjoy working with others, but are equally confident running with a concept independently and taking it across the finish line.
