We are seeking a dynamic Process Engineer (AI & Automation) to design and deliver AI‑powered and automated solutions that transform client journeys and operational workflows. This role blends process engineering, customer experience, and applied AI , ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and impactful. Key Responsibilities Map and redesign client journeys across conversational banking, contact centres, and self‑service channels. Act as design authority for AI and automation initiatives. Define AI architectures, automation workflows, and performance frameworks. Ensure compliance with FSCA, POPIA, and TCF principles. Drive continuous improvement through measurement, testing, and iteration. Requirements Degree in Industrial Engineering, Commerce, or related field (MBA advantageous). 58 years experience in process engineering, customer experience, and digital transformation. 23 years hands‑on with AI solutions and automation/RPA. Experience in banking, fintech, retail, or regulated environments. Strong documentation and specification writing skills. Languages: English and Afrikaans.
