Completion of all required Wellness Foundation Training + Wellness Managerial training. Minimum 3 years Wellness retail experience (including managerial experience). Wellness on-the-job Store Leader training. A genuine interest in health and wellness – brand ambassadors. Fully computer literate. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours. Proficiency in stock management, cost control and cost management. Admin qualification – a retail management diploma or degree would be advantageous.
