Qualifications & Experience 3–5 years' experience in business analysis, product, or related roles Exposure to financial services, asset management, or similar regulated environments Experience with or working knowledge of IT, software development, or database structures Experience working in agile or scrum environments alongside software developers Strong prototyping skills and ability to develop and present ideas to stakeholders Ability to present and defend solutions in group settings Demonstrated ability to grow into a decision‑making role Comfortable working with ambiguity and complexity Educational & Additional Qualifications Minimum undergraduate degree in finance, commerce, IT, information systems, or engineering Ideal if the degree contains a financial component or includes postgraduate study in finance Strong academic track record showing consistent performance Additional business analysis, product ownership or financial qualifications such as CA(SA), CFA or CPA are desirable Reference & Location Reference Number: MAT61296.
