Qualifications Matric Requirements Minimum 10 years in heavy earthmoving component rebuilds preferably Komatsu transmission, will also look at drivetrain experience example can assemble diffs, converters, wheel stations Can assemble Komatsu transmission and test on his own Ability to know how to understand dyno testing of the components Experience with rebuilding heavy earthmoving components Needs to come from Reman centre environment Must have 10 plus years of Komatsu experience - proven Preference will be given to Komatsu Transmission component rebuilder but can look at drivetrain Must be able to assemble Komatsu heavy mining components independently and test Ability to read and understand the dyno test when components go for dyno testing
