MVIA is a financial services and insurance administration company operating within the automotive and insurance sector, based in the Southern Suburbs of the Western Cape. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Policy Accounts Administrator to join our finance and policy administration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing debit orders, allocating policy payments, handling account queries, generating invoices, and supporting the day-to-day administration of the accounts department. Responsibilities Debit Order Processing Process debit orders (normal and forced). Ensure accurate submission and monitoring of debit order batches. Confirm acceptance and accuracy of debit order batches within the system. Process returned debits timeously in CIMS. Perform quality checks and escalate discrepancies where required. Policy Payment Administration Allocate monthly policy payments accurately in CIMS. Investigate and resolve unallocated payments and unpaid accounts. Process monthly policy refunds accurately and within required timelines. Accounts & Query Resolution Monitor and respond to queries in invoicing and accounts administration mailboxes. Liaise with internal departments and external clients to resolve account-related queries efficiently. Assist with queries from Client Services, New Business, Claims, and Intermediaries. Invoicing & General Administration Generate invoices for dealers. Perform general administrative duties within the accounts department.
