Job Overview The Data Analyst plays a key role within Mission Operations by building and maintaining reporting, ensuring data quality, and enabling Mission Operations to access reliable data across all initiatives. Working closely with the Data & Insights Strategist and Marketing Strategist, this role supports the implementation of reporting and data solutions that enable teams and leadership to make informed decisions. As CV continues to grow its global data capture and insight capabilities, this role is critical in establishing scalable, consistent, and accessible reporting across initiatives. Specific Responsibilities Lead the setup and ongoing development of reporting across Mission initiatives, ensuring consistency and scalability. Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Looker Studio) to support teams and leadership. Support ad-hoc analysis requests across initiatives by providing accurate, well-structured data. Work closely with the Data & Insight team in Technology to support data pipelines, models, and integration. Validate and ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across platforms and reports. Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies, tracking issues, and inconsistencies. Support the analysis of experiments, campaigns, and performance data (e.g. A/B testing). Work closely with the Data & Insights Strategist and Marketing Strategist to implement reporting and data solutions aligned to strategic priorities. Pioneer the use of AI and agentic workflows to transform reporting, reducing manual effort and enabling more automated, real-time, and intelligent data access across Mission Operations. Contribute to improving how data is structured, accessed, and used across initiatives. Support leadership reporting needs, including preparing data for Initiative Leads, the Head of Mission Operations, and the Director of Mission. Collaborate within a global organisation across time zones, including occasional out-of-hours availability where required. Skills, Experience and Education Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Data, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in data, insights, strategy, or research roles, with a demonstrated ability to interpret user behaviour and translate complex information into clear, actionable insight is required. A strong ability to interpret both quantitative and qualitative data is essential. Must have an ability to communicate insights clearly to a range of stakeholders. Experience working across teams to understand needs and translate them into data-related approaches is helpful. Familiarity with analytics tools and data environments is desired. Must have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. A high level of interpersonal awareness and communication is critical. An ability to navigate ambiguity and work across multiple initiatives will be required. An interest in using AI tools to enhance insight and analysis is advantageous.
