Our client that specializes in asset finance debtor administration and related advisory services is seeking a Junior Debtors Clerk to join their team in Pretoria. As a key member of their accounting department, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of the organization processes and activities. This person will be responsible for supporting debtor administration functions, including bank reconciliations, transaction processing, reporting, and general accounting administrative duties. Key Responsibilities Daily backup of the debtor's system Checking of bank transactions, identifying bank transactions and compiling a transaction listing report Capturing of bank transactions on a debtor’s system Daily bank reconciliation Daily, weekly and monthly reporting from the debtor's system Managing client queries Preparing and loading of client monthly debit orders Preparing and sending of amortisation schedules, customer statements and other related task Other accounting related administrative tasks Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as a Debtors Clerk Diploma or bachelor’s degree in progress, or relevant financial qualification (Advantage) Requires a valid driver's license and own Vehicle Advantage Diploma or bachelor's degree in progress or any other financial certificates Experience within a Financial Service Provider Environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
