We are seeking a Procurement Transformation Specialist to drive procurement excellence, support transformation initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks within a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Lead procurement transformation initiatives Drive Preferential Procurement and Supplier Development strategies Manage Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Ensure compliance with B-BBEE and Mining Charter requirements Analyse procurement data for cost-saving opportunities Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement strategies Support continuous improvement of procurement systems Utilise SAP (MM, FI, PM modules) effectively Minimum Requirements Degree or Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Commercial disciplines Minimum 5 years’ procurement experience in mining or manufacturing At least 2 years in a procurement transformation role Experience in Preferential Procurement, Supplier Development, and SRM Knowledge of B-BBEE and Mining Charter scorecards Experience with SAP (MM, FI, PM modules) Advanced Excel skills Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
